  • Use financial and operational data to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations and business updates to executive leadership.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, performance management, technology adoption, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Field Services, Finance, Quality, and other teams to improve execution, resolve systemic issues, and support enterprise priorities.
  • Lead talent planning for the function, including organizational design, succession planning, recruiting, coaching, engagement, retention, and development of future leaders.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in customer-facing operations, account management, project management, program management, or a related business function, including significant experience leading leaders and multi-level teams.
  • Demonstrated success owning revenue, profitability, forecasting, operational performance, and customer outcomes within a complex, project-based business.
  • Strong executive presence and customer relationship skills, with experience navigating escalations, negotiating priorities, and building trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams while establishing clear accountability and performance expectations.
