We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Planning & Control to join our Aftermarket Operations team in Derby.

With an expanding global Overhaul Base network and increasing customer demand, Planning & Control plays a critical role in ensuring our engines are delivered safely, efficiently and on time. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our operation, enabling end-to-end integration of demand, supply and delivery across our global MRO network.

Reporting to the SVP Off Wing Operations, you will lead a high-performing organisation responsible for translating demand into executable plans and ensuring world-class delivery performance.

You will be accountable for integrating planning and execution across the value chain, driving operational excellence, and delivering against our ambitious performance and growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) across Aftermarket Operations

  • Integrate demand, capacity and supply planning across internal teams and external partners

  • Ensure optimised engine induction planning aligned to customer and business priorities

  • Drive execution of supply plans across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and partners

  • Ensure clear visibility of performance against plan, with robust governance and escalation

  • Identify and mitigate demand and capacity risks through effective planning

  • Lead resolution of operational issues impacting delivery to customers

  • Drive end-to-end supply chain performance, including planning, scheduling and logistics

  • Collaborate across the Overhaul Base network to close performance gaps and improve outcomes

  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team

  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation across Planning & Control

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven senior leadership experience in Planning & Control, supply chain or operations

  • Strong track record of delivering performance in complex, operational environments

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at executive level

  • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision making

  • Experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning or value chain management

  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and drive effective recovery actions

  • Track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex information clearly
