The hire will work on the Direct Lending team, which focuses on providing senior secured loans to middle market companies backed by private equity sponsors. The average salary for this role is $175,000-$225,000 in base pay and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and in addition we will also consider market data.
