Job Description

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Vice President of Sales, Division AEMEA

In this role you will be responsible for leading divisional commercial activities to deliver profitable, sustainable revenue growth, meet budget commitments, and exceed customer expectations. The role oversees regional sales execution, customer engagement, and sales strategy development, while serving as the Voice of the Customer on the AEMEA Leadership Team.

Your challenge would include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Own all commercial aspects of AEMEA accounts, including revenue, margin, and customer relationships

  • Define and execute customer and sales strategies to drive growth, productivity, and market share

  • Delivering budget and long-range plan commitments

  • Build strong relationships with customer purchasing and engineering leadership

  • Developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines

  • Drive customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization

  • Translate strategy into clear priorities and execution plans

  • Collaborate across regions and functions as One Autoliv, end-to-end mindset

  • Balance global alignment with local EMEA needs and execute against divisional and global KPIs

and if you also have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent.

  • Fluent in English

  • 15+ years of experience within tier-one sales and/or the equivalent of relevant functions.

  • Deep understanding of the European automotive market, plus knowledge & experience within the global automotive industry.

  • Experience and relationships with multiple OEM customers preferred.
