What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the entire sales division including retail and commercial segments
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to support company growth
  • Streamline and enhance the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
  • Develop annual sales plans and individual/team goals
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with the building materials industry
  • Tech savvy (digital tools, MS Office, CRM)
