We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Retail to lead our retail operations and drive growth across our store network. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience, optimize sales performance, and develop innovative retail strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Lead, motivate, and manage regional retail teams to ensure high performance and engagement
- Oversee store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards to ensure consistency and excellence
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align retail initiatives with overall business objectives
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of retail outlets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Foster a customer-centric culture that enhances brand loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in senior retail management, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and multiple locations
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
