As the Vice President of Product Marketing (Fire Suppression), you will oversee the full product lifecycle and integrated marketing strategy across the business, ensuring alignment between product innovation, customer needs, market positioning, and commercial execution. You will lead development and execution of the product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and marketing communications efforts across core and emerging product categories.
This role is expected to operate as a business leader with broad organizational influence, helping shape the long-term direction of the Fire Suppression business while developing the capabilities, processes, and growth strategies necessary to achieve strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Product Management and Marketing Communications functions for the Fire Suppression business unit, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Lead the annual strategic planning process in partnership with the President and leadership team, translating business objectives into actionable growth, product, and market development strategies.
- Develop and execute long-term business, portfolio, and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer engagement.
- Lead portfolio strategy, including product roadmap development, lifecycle management, pricing, positioning, investment prioritization, and commercialization activities.
- Drive new product development and go-to-market execution to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and long-term market success.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives focused on corrosion solutions, mission-critical applications, OEM growth, international expansion, and adjacent market opportunities.
- Oversee Marketing Communications strategy, including branding, digital marketing, channel marketing, customer engagement, demand generation, and market positioning.
- Establish pricing, profitability, and portfolio performance strategies that optimize growth, margin performance, and customer value.
- Utilize market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, and business data to guide strategic decisions and investment priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to align commercial strategy, product development, and operational execution.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to portfolio performance, commercialization effectiveness, profitability, market penetration, and business growth.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing Product Management and Marketing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and leadership team on business performance, growth opportunities, portfolio investments, and competitive positioning.
- Support long-range planning, organizational development, and future growth initiatives across the Fire Suppression business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat You Bring
Experience That Drives Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Marketing, Business Leadership, or related commercial functions.
- Proven track record of leading strategic growth initiatives, business planning efforts, and successful product commercialization programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational growth and change.
- Strong executive leadership capability with potential for future enterprise leadership responsibilities.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership teams on strategic business planning and execution.

Location
This is a full-time position, on-site at our office in St. Louis, Missouri. This position may require travel up to 25% based on business needs.
