The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for managing the Pharmacy, Laboratory, Medical Imaging, Facilities, Food Services, Transportation, Linen, and Environmental Services.
The Vice President will be a member of the Acute Senior Leadership Group. Participates in defining the vision and strategic direction for a Health Ministry (HM). Under general direction, provides leadership and operational oversight of professional and support service departments. Within this area of responsibility, assumes overall accountability for quality, effectiveness, and cost of services provided. Ensures that services are provided in a manner consistent with the Trinity Health mission, values, guiding behaviors and Ethical and Religious Directives.
Cultivates effective working relationships with the medical staff. Works to integrate department activities with the organization's strategic plan, operating objectives, and budget. Assures effective coordination with all departments and functions within the Health Ministry. Participates fully in relevant projects and initiatives of Trinity Health.

Pay range: $205,920 - $309,920
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
