Vice President of Operations

Compensation: $250,000 - $320,000

A growing regional skilled nursing and post-acute operator is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead operations across its portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with AMAZING BENEFITS and real ownership over the performance of the organization.

Position Description

You will own operational and financial performance across a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities, leading administrators and regional leaders, and driving census, quality, survey outcomes and margin. You will set operating standards, build and develop the leadership bench, and partner with ownership on growth. A clinical background is a strong plus. This is a senior leadership role with travel across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Multi-facility operations leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
• Track record owning census, quality, survey outcomes and P and L across multiple buildings
• Experience leading administrators and regional teams
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Clinical background (RN or clinical leadership) is a strong plus
• LNHA a plus, willing to travel across the portfolio
