A senior executive leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of a multi-customer division generating over $20 M + in annual revenue. This role has full profit and loss (P&L) ownership and leads operations across approximately 10+ facilities with more than 1,500+ employees, supporting both domestic and global customers.
This role is accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, talent development, and strategic growth. This leader serves as a key executive interface with major customers, internal leadership, and external partners, while also supporting business development and long-term strategic initiatives.
