We are partnering with a growing senior living provider to identify a Vice President of Nursing to lead clinical operations across multiple communities.
This executive role is responsible for driving clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and overall care outcomes across Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings while leading clinical teams and partnering closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead clinical operations across multiple communities
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in AL and SNF settings
• Drive quality improvement, clinical outcomes, and survey readiness
• Establish and monitor clinical KPIs and performance benchmarks
• Lead, develop, and support regional and community nursing leadership
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
• Active RN license required
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience, including multi-site oversight
• Strong experience in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing
• Proven success in clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
