As the Vice President of North American Sales, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the enterprise sales strategy, focusing on expanding our client’s footprint across key industries. This role requires a highly experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the contact center and customer experience (CX) industry, along with a track record of successfully closing large SaaS deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion across North America.
Enterprise Sales Execution: Lead the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on telecommunications, cable service providers, and global enterprises with mission-critical consumer care needs.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Customer Engagement: Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, positioning our client’s AI-driven solutions as essential components of their customer support strategies.
Process & Methodology: Implement and refine structured sales methodologies, with a strong preference for MEDDPIC principles.
Performance Management: Set and exceed revenue targets while ensuring a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of sales management, with a strong preference for a proven track record of sales achievement.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the contact center, CX industry, and SaaS sales.
Enterprise Sales Background: 5-7+ years of direct sales experience to telecommunications, cable service providers, and global enterprises.
Proven Success: Experience closing large SaaS deployments within mission-critical consumer care environments.
Startup Mentality: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Sales Methodology: Strong understanding and application of the MEDDPIC sales process.
