Job Description

  • This is a rapidly growing, Florida-based interior remodeling leader

What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company including digital, traditional, and nontraditional marketing (strong focus on field marketing, TV, traditional and digital marketing)
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
  • Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
  • Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
  • Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Senior marketing experience within the home improvement industry
  • Marketing leadership experience at a $40M+ company
  • Experience overseeing field marketing teams as well as TV, traditional, and digital marketing
  • Call center oversight experience is preferred
