Job Shift: Regular 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Category: Health CareAs the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead the organization's marketing, brand, creative, and performance marketing functions ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company's mission, brand, clinical quality, and market differentiation.

Essential Duties Include:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop a unified marketing strategy that integrates brand, creative, performance marketing and go to market strategy
- Collaborate with Business Development, Admission, and Clinical Teams to create integrated marketing strategies and tactics to patient growth and referent retention
- Drive organization growth through patient acquisition across multiple programs: residential, outpatient, and virtual
Performance Marketing & PPC:
- Lead paid media strategy across search, social, and emerging platforms
- Build high-intent PPC campaigns optimized for patient acquisition and referral growth, including improved conversion and reduced CPA
- Optimize all paid media strategies to decrease CPL, CAC and improve overall conversation rates
- Lead all content and SEO strategies across portfolio of websites
- Lead B2B and patient email strategy to improve overall growth and conversion
Design, Creative Direction & Brand

Experience:
- Own the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand
- Lead the creative team in developing compelling design solutions for digital, print, video and event marketing
- Ensure creative assets support both brand building and performance marketing objectives
Brand & Communications:
- Oversee PR, crisis communications and reputation management
- Develop thought leadership and educational campaigns that elevate the organization's voice in the market
- Manage external communication and support internal employee communication strategy
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and mentor a high performing team
- Foster cross functional collaboration
- Manage external agencies and creative partners with a focus on quality, innovation, and performance
- Experience Leading a lean team with multiple stakeholders

QualificationsEducation and

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including significant exposure to performance marketing
- Expertise in PPC, paid social, and performance marketing strategy
- Experience with analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with multi-location and multi-product / service lines
- Experience owning functional P&L and key growth KPIs: CPL, CAC, conversion rate
