Position: Vice President, Enterprise Learning & Leadership Development
Location: Atlanta, GA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

The Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development is responsible for the strategic design, alignment, and execution of enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and organizational capability initiatives at West Shore Home.
Key Role Accountabilities:
Enterprise Training Strategy & Alignment
• Establish and lead a comprehensive enterprise training strategy aligned with West Shore Home’s growth plans, operational priorities, and customer experience standards.
• Conduct ongoing strategic assessments to identify enterprise skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the strategic operation, programming, and capacity planning and utilization of two state-of-the-art training centers, ensuring they are used efficiently.
• Oversee the design and delivery of initial, advanced, and ongoing training programs for Sales Consultants, Skilled Trades, and new & developing Managers across all functions.
Leadership Development & Organizational Capability
• Establish and lead an enterprise-wide leadership development strategy aligned with West Shore Home’s growth objectives, operating model, and cultural expectations.
• Design scalable leadership development programs tailored to each level of leadership.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to strengthen succession planning, leadership bench strength, and internal talent mobility.
Training Delivery, Comprehension & Reinforcement
• Establish standards for effective training delivery across all modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand, blended).
• Ensure content is designed for strong comprehension and real-world application.
• Implement assessments, certifications, and readiness checks to validate understanding before role progression.
• Own the strategy, governance, and utilization of the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Measurement, Results & Accountability
• Measure leadership effectiveness, internal promotion readiness, succession health, and leadership bench strength across the organization.
• Track and report leadership development program outcomes, including retention, engagement, promotion rates, and performance improvement.
• Define, monitor, and report on training effectiveness KPIs across all learning functions
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in training or learning and development within a multi-site, high-growth organization.
• At least 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise, corporate, or functional training teams, including responsibility for strategy and results.
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide training strategies that support rapid growth, operational complexity, and workforce expansion.
