What The Position is About:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and profitability of the Kitchen & Bath division
• Motivate, mentor, and develop experienced designers and support personnel
• Demonstrate expertise in both in-home and showroom selling
• Maximize lead conversion, sales performance, and gross profit margins
• Enhance the overall sales program through continuous team education, product training, vendor sessions, and regular reviews of designer sales strategies
• Establish and enforce departmental processes, procedures, and performance expectations
• Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information between the design sales team, production, and accounting departments
• Regularly accompany designers to in-home sales presentations to provide coaching and support
• Utilize CAD and Chief Architect software to estimate, design, and sell remodeling projects
• Hire, train, and develop design sales team members to support continued divisional growth
• Maintain a close, collaborative relationship with production to ensure seamless project execution and a positive customer experience
• Ensure projects comply with applicable New Jersey building regulations and township codes
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen team performance, and drive continued divisional growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing kitchen and bath design sales teams
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD and Chief Architect design software
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey building regulations, township codes, and construction requirements
