What The Position is About:

  • Oversee the installation department including Regional Installation Managers, Installation Managers, a Director of Service, and a Director of Training & Development
  • Support the company’s aggressive growth plans, driving revenue and scaling the business
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
  • Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decision to enhance operational performance
  • Manage installation department budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
  • Provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
  • Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Senior level installation leadership experience preferably within the bathroom or flooring industry
  • Experience scaling a $50M+ home improvement company
