We’re searching for a Vice President of Information Technology to join our executive leadership team and help shape the future of a purpose-driven enterprise. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build, lead, and transform opportunity.
As VP of IT, you’ll set the enterprise technology vision for Chimes — modernizing systems, strengthening cybersecurity, integrating new affiliates, and thoughtfully applying AI and automation to make work easier, smarter, and more human for our teams. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across the organization, translating strategy into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support both growth and mission.
This role spans enterprise systems, cloud and cybersecurity, data and analytics, and emerging AI-driven solutions — all within a complex, multi-site organization that is actively growing. The focus isn’t on maintaining tools, but on building what comes next: a secure, integrated, and future-ready technology environment that enables insight, scale, and impact.
This role is best suited for a seasoned technology leader — someone who has led enterprise IT functions, partnered closely with executive teams, and guided organizations through modernization, growth, or integration. Experience in complex, multi-site environments (healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or similar) is especially valuable, as is a curiosity about how AI and automation can be used responsibly to make work better.
