Vice President, Gen AI Delivery


Join our client, a global leader at the forefront of Generative AI innovation,
driving the future of Generative AI solutions, platforms and services across
industries. As Vice President of Gen AI Delivery, you will lead a diverse,
global team of 500+ experts, delivering groundbreaking programs in their AI
Data Foundry that empower businesses to achieve impactful, real-world results.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of AI in
a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with industry-leading companies to
accelerate digital transformation through cutting-edge technology.


Key Responsibilities


Lead with impact
Drive collaboration across the organization, fostering a culture of
innovation and delivering scalable AI solutions.
Strategic leadership
Set and implement strategies that align with company goals, prioritizing
data-driven insights to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Client success
Cultivate deep client relationships, ensuring that solutions are not only
cutting-edge but tailored to each client's specific needs.
Team mentorship
Lead and inspire a global team, offering guidance, mentorship, and
development opportunities to drive professional and personal growth.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in leading and motivating
    large, global teams (200+).

  • A visionary approach to strategy, focusing on
    execution and driving tangible results.

  • Expertise in Generative AI technologies and AI
    Foundry services.

  • Executive-level communication and presentation
    skills, with experience managing high-level client interactions.

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and
    leadership capabilities.
