Role Summary

As the Vice President of Engineering and Development, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping the entire spectrum of aerospace product evolution. Project Governance:

• As an integral facet of your role, you will superintend the realization of engineering development projects. This encompasses the gamut of budget stewardship, scheduling, resource allocation, and preemptive risk mitigation.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and kindle cross-functional synergy amongst teams.
• Vigilantly monitor project advancement, pinpoint bottlenecks, and enact strategies to ensure punctual delivery of top-tier engineering platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish and perpetuate robust liaisons with patrons, collaborators, and governmental agencies to foster strategic alliances, secure funding avenues, and actively participate in industry symposiums and conferences.
• Synchronize with the business development unit to spot and pursue fresh prospects for innovation, spanning partnerships and cooperative ventures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred) coupled with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude in design, development, and execution, underscored by a history of proficiently steering and culminating intricate undertakings.
• In-depth comprehension of aerospace systems, subcomponents, and mission prerequisites.
