We are building an AI driven operating layer that takes care of listings, pricing, ads, logistics, compliance, and analytics, so brands can focus on growth, not complexity.
Founded by former Amazon and Rocket Internet leaders, backed by over $10m, and growing fast across Europe and the US, we are now scaling toward Series B.

Our platform is strong and customers are growing, but leadership capacity has not scaled at the same pace.
Our CTO built the platform from the ground up and is looking for a true partner, someone to own people leadership, execution, and delivery, not a replacement.

â Lead and
grow an engineering organization of 30 to 50 people
â Build an inclusive, high performance
culture where people can do their best work
â Hire thoughtfully and fairly,
developing talent at every level
â Make delivery predictable and
sustainable
â Create space for learning, feedback,
and improvement
â Coach managers and senior engineers
You do not need to code full time, but
you should feel comfortable discussing architecture, systems, and trade offs.
