The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan seeks a Vice President of Digital Products to lead the next phase of its digital transformation!
The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan is the digital and physical heartbeat of the Upper West Side. Having recently completed a significant modernization of our digital stack, we are moving from implementation to impact. We are looking for a VP of Digital Products to serve as the architect of our user experience. This isn't a role about building from scratch; it's about orchestrating excellence. You will inherit a modern foundation and lead the charge in making our digital "front door" as vibrant and welcoming as our physical one.
Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, you will oversee the technical enablement of the JCC's consumer products. Your focus is on optimization, data-driven insights, and frictionless journeys. Why this role is transformative:
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on improving the JCC's digital experience, operational efficiency, member communication, reporting, and technology use across the organization.
The JCC's primary operating platform is fully owned and managed by its vendor partner, Daxko. This role does not own or build the platform directly. Instead, the VP of Digital Products will serve as the key internal partner who understands business needs, identifies operational pain points, and works with Daxko to surface critical enhancements and new capabilities
