This company’s flagship product is a suite of AI-enabled applications built on a proprietary knowledge graph that integrates commercial and government data to support workflows across various domains. They serve key clients in the defense sector, helping to replace manual processes with accelerated, software-driven decision tools.

What You Will Do

  • Drive sales strategies to enhance defense acquisition processes and optimize supply chain workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate big data and analytics into client solutions.
  • Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the U.S. Department of Defense and national-security agencies.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to inform product development and sales initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales team.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the defense, government, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI technologies and data analytics in a sales context.
  • Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes.
  • Background in building ecosystems around AI solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
