Job Description

ADP is hiring a Vice President Channel Sales. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SBS Inside Sales Channel distribution strategy. Oversee the strategic deployment of inside sales resources against SBS Channel opportunity. Develop an integrated approach to channel sales that will accelerate Inside Sales productivity. Assist in the expansion of our Inside Sales channel while identifying additional alternate channels that will complement SBS direct sales. Responsible for enhancing and implementing state-of-the-art sales tools to increase productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop SBS CPA/Bank/Client Channel distribution strategy
  • Work with Sales VP, DVP team and Marketing to identify markets for sales expansion/reduction.
  • Lead the expansion of Inside Sales into outbound sales and lead generation for channels.
  • Identify alternate distribution options
  • Increase associate productivity by enhancing the usage of our Sales tools.
  • Attend SBS Sales Operations meetings
  • Liaison between SBS and Inside Sales including channel initiatives, selling season, and National Meeting
  • Travel to all sales offices including Florham Park, Allentown, Rochester, Pittsburg and Tuscon

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 4 year College Degree; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5+ years of Business experience (sales and marketing preferred)

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Prior ADP sales experience preferred
  • Strategic planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Above average PC skills (MS Suite)
