The Vice President of New Stream Media (NSM) will serve as a senior leader driving strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence across dentsu’s Retail Media Network (RMN) and enterprise media offerings. This role is responsible for expanding NSM’s footprint, building scalable consulting and monetization models, and delivering measurable business impact. The VP will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including media, analytics, creative, and consulting, to architect integrated solutions and accelerate client success.This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in retail media, commerce strategy, and cross-practice orchestration—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about shaping the future of RMNs. The annual salary range for this position is $136,850-$185,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.Benefits available with this position include:
