What you do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of securities margin trading and securities lending framework and products.
  • Oversee risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to margin trading and securities lending.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure effective margin loan limits, collateral management, and lending policies.
  • Drive continuous improvements in technology and processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop Securities Products strategy to grow customer wallet share and penetrate new market segments and opportunities. This includes development of new securities products and enhancement on existing ones.
  • Manage and grow product penetration with institutional and corporate clients including hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, listcos, and other corporate investors.
  • Review pricing mechanisms, re-evaluate positioning and pivot from cost recovery to revenue generating.
  • Cultivate relations with external parties and establish OSB as a preferred partner of choice in terms of securities products.
  • Champion a prudent risk and compliance culture that promotes good ethics, accountability and good conduct among staff.



Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • You possess 10+ years of experience in securities finance or a related operational role.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are a proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset.
