· Identify and communicate key transaction risks, value drivers, negotiation considerations, synergies and integration priorities.

· Support practice growth through proposals, prospect meetings, client relationships, market research, thought leadership and identification of additional advisory opportunities.

· Monitor accounting, regulatory and market developments affecting credit union and financial institution transactions and incorporate relevant implications into client advice.

Qualifications

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to independently develop clear, accurate and decision-oriented analyses and presentations.

· Strong project management, judgment, problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines with limited day-to-day supervision.

· Demonstrated experience leading transaction workstreams or engagements and presenting analyses and recommendations to senior executives.
