Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design annual training plans to address capability gaps across divisions.
  • Oversee leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and executive education programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Manage training budgets, staff training funds, and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives by championing leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements in learning policies, processes, and delivery methods to enhance employee development.


Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, digital learning technologies, and training effectiveness evaluation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Coaching are a plus.
