We are seeking a Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation to lead large-scale transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital innovation, and business impact across finance and enterprise functions. This leadership role focuses on integrating Lean principles with advanced digital technologies such as automation, AI, and analytics to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement transformation strategies that align with organizational goals while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across finance and business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive process excellence by applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging automation, robotics, AI, and analytics to modernize operations and improve scalability.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Oversee transformation programs across core finance areas such as FP&A, commercial and operational finance, accounting close, risk, and financial systems.
- Ensure successful execution of global digital projects, maintaining quality, timelines, and business impact.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex transformation strategies in a simplified and impactful manner to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics and outcomes to ensure sustained value creation from transformation initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 14+ years of experience in digital transformation, process excellence, or finance transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and solution design with proven impact on business delivery.
- Deep understanding of core finance functions such as FP&A, accounting, risk, and financial analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in leading global transformation programs involving automation, AI, and robotics.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in global environments with exposure to large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
