Job Description

Oversee the delivery of the project, provide direction to the team and lead from the front. Manage the project through the design, tender, construction and handover stages. Whilst taking ownership of all foreseeable project risks and conducting mitigation where necessary. Implement processes and procedures in order to improve both efficiency and quality of the end product, whist managing all appointed external consultants and contractors

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple development projects.

• Translate business strategy into actionable project and construction plans.

• Ensure project meets design, time, cost and quality standards.

• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Review and approve cost estimates, contracts and procurement plans.

• Manage value engineering processes to optimize costs without compromising quality.

• Oversee cost tracking and ensure adherence to financial controls.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in full compliance with project requirements and standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

Minimum Experience

• 15 years of experience in project management within real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in construction budgeting and cost control
