Scope and responsibilities
This position will be responsible for Investment Servicing activities including Syndicated and Private Credit Servicing, Corporate Actions, Derivative Lifecycle Events, Derivative Reconciliations, Derivative Regulatory Reporting, and Collateral Management.
Manage functional teams responsible for investment servicing activities ensuring processes and deliverables have well defined success criteria and are consistently completed timely and accurately using KPIs to monitor volume, measure quality, and balance workloads.
Processing and recordkeeping of loan activity received from agent banks and other sources
Ensuring position, referential data, and credit contracts match Agent Bank records for syndicated and private loans.
Sourcing, reconciling, obtaining elections, responding to, and recordkeeping of all corporate action events including reorganizations, restructures, and proxies.
Execute, record, and reconcile all derivative lifecycle events with counterparty or FCM.
Daily reconciliation of derivative positions with counterparties.
Global regulatory reporting of derivative activity to industry data repositories including daily reconciliation to data repositories
Daily collateral management activities including initiating and responding to collateral calls, reconciliation of collateral positions, and coordinating collateral movements.
Implement, review, and improve controls on a regular basis to mitigate operational risk
Maximize utilization of technology to automate tasks and promote and implement straight-through-processing capabilities.
Collaborate with other Investment Operations teams and Fund Accounting to identify opportunities and deliver measurable process improvements
Manage change initiatives closely ensuring milestones are completed timely, personnel are informed and trained, issues are raised and addressed, while mitigating implementation risk
Experience required
10-15 years in investment operations across multiple functions with expertise in alternative investments
Servicing a wide variety of Credit and Equity asset types, Syndicated Loans, Derivatives, Private Credit, and Private Equity.
Using industry utilities and communication protocols such as SWIFT.
Using one or more corporate action sourcing and processing systems
Working with Agent Banks and Agent Notice processing, Transfer Agents, Custodians, and other counterparties
Using Geneva accounting system and Everest order management systems a plus
Measurable process improvement track record

Extremely organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously while addressing escalated issues.
Strong quantitative, problem solving, and analytical skills.

Flexible and team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is required.
