弊社は⽶国を本拠とするリスク・コンサルティング会社です。Human Intelligence （HUMINT）と呼ばれる、公開されていない情報の取得と分析を得意としています。その⽇本事業を⾏う⽇本⽀社は30年の業歴があり、経団連加⼊企業です。

Kroll⽇本⽀社が取り扱う事業は、⼤きく分けて3つです。

１ 取引に絡んだインテリジェンス

公開されていない情報を収集・分析して、企業や⼈を調査

２ リスク⾯の課題解決

地政学リスクや⼈権DD、コンプライアンス体制の評価や助⾔提供

３ 不正や有事への対応

不正が疑われる事案に関して、公開されていない情報を収集・分析

Kroll⽇本⽀社のお客様は国内外の上場企業、⾦融機関、投資ファンド、政府系機関などです。M&A関連や有事対応という仕事柄、経営企画部⾨や投資部⾨、リスク管理部⾨との接点が多くあります。HUMINTの⼒で⽇系企業をリスクから守ることが⽇本⽀社のパーパスです。

【業務内容】

当社の強みである公開されていない情報を取得して分析する各種プロジェクト獲得に向けて、セールス全般を担います。少⼈数のファームなので、⼤きな裁量があります。既存クライアントへのアップセル・クロスセル、休眠先掘り起こしから、新規クライアント獲得に向けたプロモーションなども担当頂きます。受注獲得後は、プロジェクトの納品に携わることもあります。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging with the client throughout all aspects of the business intelligence and investigatory, and risk management projects
• Developing the methodology and defining the scope of work, demonstrating an understanding of the client’s needs
• Directing and managing in-house and external resources, drawing on your own resourcefulness and creativity
• Analysis and assessment of information received from all sources for the project
• Reporting in person to the client, providing follow up where necessary
• Ensuring the integrity of the project from start to finish
• Management of client accounts and follow up on payments
• Client development and interaction
• Identifying and targeting client groups and developing a convincing and credible pitch to develop Kroll’s client base across the region
• Identifying, targeting and recruiting new human assets across the region and being lateral and creative in finding new sources

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a deep understanding of Japanese political, economic, security and business issues and fluency in Japanese
• 7-10 years’ experience, which could be in a number of disciplines - government, business journalism, finance, law, strategy consulting, risk management consulting, investigations and NGO work are all relevant
• An imaginative and creative thinker with excellent communication skills
• A team player able to work to tight deadlines often balancing a significant and varied caseload
• Able to demonstrate excellent judgment, be commercially focused and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the Kroll brand
• The position may require a significant travel commitment across the region. A strong commitment to the highest professional standards and business ethic
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Vice President
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
• Experience working with diverse teams
