About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a global leading alternative investment manager in expanding their Intermediary / Distribution team. Home-biased by global visioned, we welcome professionals at a VP grade to join this fast growing platform

About your role

• Work closely with senior sales team members to identify and grow fund distribution channel in Greater China

• Identify client opportunities, execute client and business development plans and contribute to raising capital, primarily focusing on Long Only strategy funds

• Deepen relationships with existing Intermediaries and institutions and expand new relationships with prospect Intermediaries and institutions.

• Independently handle throughout the sales process from early-stage engagements, converting leads, onboarding and liaising with internal stakeholders

• Assist on the planning, management and execution of fundraising roadshows with portfolio managers

• Maintain key client database, background and contact information via CRM systems and regularly update senior management with opportunities/issues

What you will need to succeed

• At least 7+ years of experience working with Intermediaries and Private Banking channels in a similar capacity, with prior experience in covering HK and Taiwanese markets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin fluency)

• Holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4 are preferred.
