Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced VP, Integrated Project Manager for the New York Project Management team who will lead Client operations, work closely with senior account, creative, and strategic partners as well as manage project managers across a portfolio of brands and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key operational business partner in managing a large account or portfolio
  • Build and sustain key relationships with internal teams, clients, procurement
  • Manage multiple simultaneous brands and projects
  • Establish and lead onboarding processes, including educating team members on roles and responsibilities, processes and templates.
  • Drive consistency in operational and project management skills and solutions
  • Mitigate and provide creative solutions as issues and risks arise and share insights and improvement learning opportunities with extended PM team
  • Implement agency and client-side operational efficiencies and facilitate effective team integration
  • Work across multiple internal and client stakeholder teams to facilitate operational best practices
  • Proficient in helping some teams develop and manage detailed SOW's as well as manage the day to day team tracking and delivery across project workstreams
  • Experience with different types of projects and deliverables, including: strategic presentations, creative concepting and development, video, digital, event-based programs and vendor integrations
  • Demonstrate effective team resource management, in collaboration with discipline leads and with network resource managers. Should display proficiency in anticipating resource needs
  • Show a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Project Management or Operations Experience
  • Ability to effectively improve operations and processes at an agency and brand level
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong experience with scoping, development of budgets and schedules for complex programs with multiple workstreams

Salary Range: $130,000 USD – $165,000 USD

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
