We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise Linux environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu.
• Deploy, manage, and support containerized workloads using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Ansible and related tools.
• Support cloud infrastructure and environments across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Configure, maintain, and optimize NVIDIA GPU-enabled systems and related software stacks.
• Use modern development and AI-assisted engineering tools, including Windsurf, to improve operational efficiency and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, system, networking, and application issues in both production and non-production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and deployment standards.
• Deliver technical presentations and communicate effectively with engineering teams, project stakeholders, and leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, security hardening, patch management, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and operational best practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
