
VP, Human Resources – Ag Services & Oilseeds - Chicago, IL (Preferred)
The Vice President, Human Resources, Ag Services & Oilseeds serves as the senior HR leader for one of ADM's largest global businesses. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy that enables business performance, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and sustainable growth across the Ag Services & Oilseeds organization.
As a key member of ADM's Human Resources leadership team, the Vice President will serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, partnering closely with senior executives to align talent, culture, organizational design, and workforce capabilities with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of leading through transformation, developing high-performing organizations, and delivering measurable business impact through people strategies.
This leader will work in close partnership with Global HR Professionals, ADM's Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Technology, and Employee Relations, to deliver integrated and scalable HR solutions.
Working collaboratively with the Chief People Officer, HR leadership team, and business executives, this individual will help position Ag Services & Oilseeds for continued growth while fostering an agile, inclusive, and high-performing culture that values innovation, development, and continuous learning.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$238,000-370,000
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
