
Durabuilt Windows and Doors is a rapidly growing Canadian manufacturing leader. As we continue to expand our operational footprint and product offerings, we are evolving our HR function into a strategic leadership pillar. We are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources (or VP of People) to join our executive team and align our people strategy directly with operational performance and sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead a team of approximately seven HR professionals and serve as a critical partner to the COO and executive leadership.
We are looking for a driver who thrives in complex operational environments and possesses strong financial acumen.
