THE ROLE
The Vice PresidentofHospitalityisa senior-level executive responsible for overseeing the venue’s hospitality operations includingguestsexperience, revenue generation, and financial performance. The Vice President of Hospitality will ensure consistenthigh standardsof service and strategic alignment with company goals with a focus on driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leada high-qualityinnovativeguest experience with quality food and best in class service.
Responsible for leading all operations at SoFi Stadium.
Responsible for operational budget,collaborate with GM tomanage monthly P&L statements andensuringthat all financial reporting isaccurate
Develop and execute comprehensive hospitality strategies aligned with company goals, including revenue maximization, cost control, and service quality enhancement.
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the client to include a regular cadence of meetings with designated executivesand General Manager
Provide leadership and guidance tomanagement personnel to include developing, promoting, counseling, and performance evaluations.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands toidentifyopportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure unit compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulationsregardingsale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll,employmentand EEO guidelines.
Ensure effective systems for inventory and payroll procedures are in place.
Work withGeneralManager to develop yearly operational budgets.
Perform other related duties,tasksand responsibilities asrequired
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential dutyabove atthe highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years leadership (including P&L) experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
Proven ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow high performing talent.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
Strong commitment to delivering a high-level of customer and client service withdemonstratedinitiative, leadership, and management skills.
Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Must be flexible to workextendhours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems isrequired
Must be compassionate, consistent, and fair to the needs of the employee and of the Company.
Mustpossessstrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented, organized, able to work independently,prioritizeand multi-task.
Must be willing to contribute and support fellow team members and Venues with a hands-on approach to our culinary operations when needed or asked tomaintainour business.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 plus bonus potential commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
