  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Outreach Managers and growth professionals across multiple markets and states.
  • Establish growth objectives, referral targets, KPIs, and accountability measures that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with operations, clinical leadership, and executive leadership to ensure growth strategies support patient access, capacity planning, and organizational priorities.
  • Create scalable outreach processes, referral management practices, and partnership development programs that can be replicated across all markets.
  • Analyze referral trends, conversion rates, market penetration, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead negotiations and partnership discussions with key healthcare and community stakeholders.
  • Represent BHG at healthcare conferences, industry associations, community events, and professional organizations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on addiction treatment, recovery resources, and referral best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results across the growth organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, growth, provider relations, referral development, behavioral health, or related healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of building referral networks and driving measurable patient growth through hospitals, health systems, emergency departments, criminal justice systems, department of justice, behavioral health organizations, and community partners.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-market growth strategies within healthcare services organizations.
  • Strong existing relationships within healthcare provider networks, hospital systems, emergency medicine, behavioral health, and community-based referral ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing business development, outreach, or growth teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing KPIs, forecasting growth opportunities, and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing CRM systems, referral tracking processes, and performance management frameworks.
  • Exceptional executive presence, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
