Overview

The Vice President, Global Supply Planning, Transformation, Operations & Analytics will lead MPIM transformation by modernizing planning systems and capabilities, scaling global analytics, and driving operational excellence across regions and channels. Reporting to the SVP, MPIM, this role will advance AI-enabled planning, strengthen cross-functional alignment, embed continuous improvement, and support long-term strategy while delivering near-term results. The role partners closely with global and regional planning leaders, technology, supply chain, merchandising, DTC and wholesale teams, and external solution partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead MPIM transformation across AI, merchandising optimization, and supply chain capabilities.
• Advance optimization, AI forecasting, allocation, pricing, and inventory segmentation across Wholesale and DTC.
• Simplify global planning across channels and align capabilities to growth needs.
• Partner with IT to scale a hub-and-spoke analytics model for global planning.
• Own the planning systems roadmap and deploy tools that improve forecasting, visibility, and speed.
• Expand analytics and AI/ML adoption to enable timely, evidence-based planning.
• Build scalable data, governance, and talent capabilities for analytics transformation.
• Lead analytics, forecast reconciliation, and scenario modeling for buys, in-season decisions, and lifecycle management.
• Partner across functions and regions to support Wholesale and DTC planning decisions.
• Build cross-functional alignment on product flow and inventory levels to meet global and regional needs.
• Drive data-based decisions and ensure transformation priorities are understood, resourced, and adopted enterprise-wide.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor performance, drive accountability, and inform executives.
• Improve planning efficiency, speed, and effectiveness by embedding global best practices and standard work.
• Lead with an enterprise mindset, shaping long-term strategy while executing near-term goals.
• Align resources, budgets, and priorities to maximize outcomes and fund transformation.
• Influence executives and external partners to accelerate growth and capability maturity.
• Lead and develop a global team while building future leaders through succession planning.
• Support global IBP with analytics, systems, and standards that enable aligned, science-based decisions.
• Optimize inventory investment, turns, and margins through better tools, data, and processes.
• Define and monitor forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory targets that drive performance.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent years of relevant and related experience; MBA or advanced analytics/technology credential preferred
• At least 15+ years of experience in merchandise, demand, and supply planning and inventory management, including significant experience leading transformation, analytics, or planning-systems modernization at enterprise scale, preferably in the following industries: footwear, apparel, or similar brand/retailers; Channels: wholesale, retail, e-commerce; global reach: North America, EMEA, APAC
• At least 7+ years of senior leadership experience within a global, matrixed organization, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior and C-level leaders and drive large-scale organizational transformation
• Proven experience modernizing planning systems, tools, and digital capabilities across demand, supply, allocation, and analytics.
• Experience leading digital and AI-driven planning transformation and building advanced analytics capabilities.
• Experience designing and scaling end-to-end planning models across demand, supply, channels, and sub-channels.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical acumen with sound, evidence-based decision-making.
• Executive-level leadership and communication skills, with proven C-level influence in matrixed organizations.
• Thrives in fast-paced DTC and wholesale environments, using analytics and inventory discipline to drive profitable decisions.

Title: Vice President, Global Supply Planning, Transformation, Operations and Analytics

Salary or Pay Range: $300,000 - $315,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
