You will lead a distributed, high-performing international sales organization, shaping go-to-market strategy and ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability. The role requires close collaboration with senior government stakeholders, partners, and internal leadership teams to position complex advisory and software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening long-term client relationships while expanding market presence in new geographies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading global sales execution, developing strategic direction, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue targets across public sector markets. You will guide and grow a geographically distributed sales organization while overseeing complex deal cycles from pipeline development through to contract closure. You will also ensure strong customer engagement and solution positioning aligned with government priorities and institutional needs.
You bring extensive international sales leadership experience, particularly within the public sector or complex enterprise environments. You have a strong ability to engage with senior government officials, influence decision-making, and translate strategic objectives into actionable sales plans. Your background combines commercial acumen with leadership capability, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
