Enterprise Procurement Transformation

  • Build governance, policies, systems, and processes to support enterprise-wide procurement excellence

Organization Build & Leadership

  • Serve as a hands-on change leader, driving cultural adoption and capability building

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization

  • Lead complex sourcing initiatives across global supply bases
  • Drive cost savings, total cost of ownership improvements, and supplier consolidation
  • Establish category management strategies and long-range sourcing plans

Supplier Strategy & Risk Management

  • Strengthen supplier relationships while improving resilience, quality, and continuity of supply
  • Implement best-in-class supplier performance management and risk mitigation programs
  • Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to enhance decision-making

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to enable material and supplier strategies
  • Lead critical alignment efforts to ensure enterprise support for procurement-driven initiatives

Operational Excellence & Value Delivery

  • Establish procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, working capital improvements)
  • Drive continuous improvement across procure-to-pay, sourcing, and supplier processes
  • Regularly communicate measurable business impact to executive leadership

Job Requirements:

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain operations, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Proven success leading procurement in complex, global manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to transform or build procurement functions, including centralization and capability development
  • Track record of delivering measurable results, including cost savings, supply risk reduction, and operational improvements
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide change and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, “builder” mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Collaborative leader with a cross-functional mindset
  • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mentality

What Success Looks Like

  • An optimized procurement function delivering measurable enterprise value
  • Significant improvements in cost structure, supplier performance, and supply continuity
  • Strong cross-functional alignment enabling faster and more efficient decision-making
  • A high-performing, scalable procurement organization positioned for long-term growth
