Job Responsibilities:
To support new product launch, lead and participate in operations related projects;
To assist Department Head to lead and supervise all routine work and products offered related to derivatives settlement operations, and ensure they are in compliance with Branch’s strategies and policies set out in oversea units and relevant circulars, AML, compliance and all other regulatory requirements;
To constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity;
To motivate and ensure staff are well equipped with sufficient skills and knowledge to deal with business growth as well as to mitigate the takeover risk.
To work closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. compliance, risk etc.) to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS etc.)
Job Requirements:
Tertiary education or above;
Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at managerial level;
Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products, regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good leadership and people management skills
Computer literacy with good excel skills; and
Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
