In this role, you will help shape and lead Tory Burch's global brand and marketing strategy, ensuring the brand's vision, positioning, and growth priorities are translated into compelling consumer experiences across all channels and touchpoints. Partnering closely with the Chief Brand Officer and senior leaders across Brand, Creative, Communications, Digital, Customer Engagement, Merchandising, Regional Marketing: North America + International, E-commerce, you will shape the strategic roadmap that connects long-term brand ambitions with annual business objectives and seasonal priorities. You will oversee the development of integrated marketing strategies, brand storytelling platforms, seasonal campaigns, and product narratives that build cultural relevance, deepen customer engagement, and support business growth. By leveraging consumer insights, competitive intelligence, market trends, and performance data, you will identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's market position and continuously evolve how Tory Burch connects with consumers globally. You will maintain a 360-degree view of the global brand and marketing agenda, connecting priorities, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables across functions and regions.

You will drive cross-functional accountability and follow-through, ensuring commitments progress, roadblocks are surfaced, and ownership remains clear — leading key brand and marketing operating forums when appropriate to drive progress against agreed priorities. The Marketing Operations team reports into this role and is responsible for translating that direction into integrated marketing calendars, planning processes, and operating rhythms — giving you both the strategic mandate and the operational infrastructure to see it through.
You will also play a critical role in evaluating marketing effectiveness, prioritizing key initiatives, and balancing long-term brand-building with near-term business objectives. Through strong leadership, cross-functional partnership, and strategic vision, you will foster innovation, champion creative excellence, and help shape the future growth of the Tory Burch brand.
