The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a visionary Vice President, Global Brand Communications to lead strategic communications for its Lifestyle Fragrance portfolio, Jo Malone London, KILIAN PARIS, and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. This collection of brands represents the pinnacle of modern perfumery, combining craft, culture, and luxury lifestyle into compelling global narratives that drive earned media impact, cultural relevance, and enhance brand desirability and visibility globally.
Reporting into the SVP, Global Brand Communications (based in New York), the VP will lead global brand storytelling, press strategy, cultural relevance, and founder and perfumer positioning. They will also play a pivotal role in supporting major brand milestones, including serving as the communications lead for the Fragrance Atelier in Paris, a flagship enterprise platform and strategic growth catalyst for the company's fragrance category, shaping its global communications vision, media strategy, and cultural influence. The role also carries accountability for portfolio-level communications prioritization, ensuring resources, storytelling opportunities, and earned media investments are aligned to the highest-impact business and brand objectives across the Lifestyle Fragrance portfolio.
This role blends high-touch execution with bold, strategic and creative thinking, ensuring each brand retains its distinct identity while collectively shaping the future of lifestyle fragrance through impactful brand communications, proactive media engagement, and culturally resonant moments that place the brands at the center of consumer conversation. The VP will partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Consumer Engagement, and Regional teams to amplify brand narratives, generate meaningful earned media coverage, and strengthen brand equity across global markets.
This role can be based in our regional offices in Paris or London.
