
Montgomery College seeks a dynamic and strategic fundraising leader to serve as Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the Montgomery College Foundation This executive role provides leadership for all development, alumni engagement, donor relations, and foundation operations activities while serving as the primary liaison to the Foundation's Board of Directors. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Advancement and Community Engagement, the position leads a team of approximately 20 advancement professionals and partners closely with a 26-member Foundation Board. Qualifications
Hiring Range: $135,044–$236,298 annually. Initial salary placement is typically between the minimum and midpoint of the range ($135,044–$185,671 annually), based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Exceptional candidates with highly relevant qualifications and experience may be considered for placement above the midpoint, consistent with the College’s compensation guidelines.
