Job Description

Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

In a period of rapid scaling and AI integration, you will oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range forecasting, and margin optimization. Your role is to translate complex operational data—spanning virtual scribing, RCM, and AI-led clinical support—into actionable insights that fuel sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year long-range financial models, aligning departmental goals with IKS Health’s global "Care Enablement" vision.
  • Develop and maintain integrated driver-based models (e.g., clinician volumes, AI-tool throughput, labor productivity, and RCM yield) to improve forecast accuracy across diverse business units.
  • Execute scenario planning for new market entries and the deployment of Agentic AI

2. Operational Excellence & Margin Strategy

  • Partner with Operations and Product heads to drive unit economics and profitability initiatives, specifically focusing on the transition from human-intensive to AI-augmented delivery models.
  • Establish and monitor system-wide KPI dashboards (Gross Margins, EBITDA, DSO, and Client Acquisition Costs).

3. M&A and Investment Support

  • Provide financial due diligence and integration support for domestic and international acquisitions
  • Lead ROI and payback analysis for high-tech capital expenditures, specifically around the Scribble Suite and Google Cloud-based generative AI platforms.
  • Manage the capital allocation process, ensuring investments align with the goals

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, or Health-Tech (SaaS/BPaaS) is mandatory. Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape is highly preferred.
  • M&A Expertise: Proven track record of managing financial integration for multi-site or global organizations.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in FP&A and BI tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite Planning, or Power BI). Expert-level financial modeling skills are a given.

  • Global Mindset: Experience working within a global delivery model (US-India corridor) is a significant advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $175-$250k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees). IKS Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status
