LISC is one of the country’s largest community development organizations, helping forge vibrant, resilient communities across America. LISC works with residents and partners to close gaps in health, wealth, and opportunity so that people and places can thrive. We do this by acting as a conduit for grants, loans and equity--and by providing technical assistance and capacity building--to locally rooted organizations that carry out the work in communities.
The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as LISC's senior financial planning executive, providing strategic leadership for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, capital planning, and decision support. As a key advisor to the Deputy CFO, CFO, Executive Leadership, and Board of Directors, the Vice President translates complex financial and operating information into actionable insights that support organizational strategy, resource allocation, and long-term financial sustainability.
Reporting to the SVP, Deputy CFO, the Vice President leads the FP&A function and is responsible for developing a high-performing team, advancing financial planning capabilities, and driving a culture of data-informed decision making across the organization. The role works closely with leaders across Accounting, Treasury, Information Technology, People & Culture, Lending, Local and National Programs, and affiliate entities to align financial resources with strategic priorities and organizational impact.
