The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis leads complex financial analysis and reporting across multiple businesses, legal entities, functions, or regions. This role partners with business and finance leaders (including our Corporate Treasury and Chief Investment office) to identify strategic needs, deliver insights, and support decision-making.
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Treasury team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Lead the delivery of complex financial analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
• Support core Finance processes with a focus on our Chief Investment Office deliverables; includes period close, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting.
o Analyze revenue, expenses, forecasts, and actual results to identify trends and key business drivers.
o Provide clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior finance and business leadership.
o Develop short- and long-term forecasts, including methodologies and assumptions aligned to business strategy and market conditions.
• Oversee production of monthly and quarterly results presentations to support senior management communications.
• Support the development of annual operating, capital, and strategic plans.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Contributes beyond the immediate team and supports broader functional goals.
• Plays a key role in shaping financial strategy, business planning, and performance management.
• Operates independently on highly complex analyses and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis preferred.
