The Head of FDA Finance leads the Finance organization supporting Fidelity Digital Assets, a multi-entity,multi‑jurisdictionaldigital asset businessoperatingwithin a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.As a key member of the FDA leadership team, this roleis accountable for all aspects offinancial managementacrossFDA’sbusiness.
The Head of FDA Finance has responsibility for Business Finance and FP&A, Treasury and Capital, Regulatory Finance and Controls, Data, Reporting and Strategic Insights. This role partners closely with FDA senior leaders, Enterprise Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure strong financial stewardship, regulatory readiness, scalable operating models, anddata‑drivendecision support as the business grows.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
20plus years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated businesses.
Deepexpertisein FP&A, regulatory finance,capitaland liquidity management.
Experience in digital assets, capital markets, or financial services
Experience working directly with external regulators, auditors, and boards preferred.
Strongrelationship‑buildingand influencing skills across senior leadership and regulators.

Lead, develop, and scale the FDA Finance organization; oversee hiring, performance management, and talent development.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
